I Case One · UK office supplies brand

From 26 units a month to a peak of 3,268, with TACOS holding under 18% throughout.

A new Amazon UK seller in the office supplies category. They came to us with a launch month of 26 units, a half-joking "thousand units a month would be nice" goal, and no advertising history. We deployed the 5-Step PPC Process on day one across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

What follows is the unedited account. Their thousand-a-month goal was hit in the first full month with us. By month three, units had risen to 1,914. By January 2026, the product line peaked at 3,268 units in a single month, with TACOS at 14.25%, lower than at any point during the ramp.

The most important number on this table is not the peak. It is the TACOS column. A brand can hit any growth number it wants by spending more on ads. What is hard, and what most agencies cannot do, is grow the account aggressively while lowering the share of total sales spent on advertising at the same time.

TACOS climbed in May and June (18.39%, 16.12%) as we deliberately accepted a higher ad-spend share to capture rank during the ramp. Then it fell as organic traction built and the campaign structure matured. By January 2026 it sat at 14.25%, lower than at any point during the ramp, on substantially higher absolute spend. That is the methodology compounding: each cycle of the 5-Step Process surfaces and promotes more winning keywords, organic rank lifts behind the paid placements, and the TACOS ratio improves even as growth accelerates.

Total monthly sales grew from £607 to £49,784 across the engagement. The brand owner's "thousand a month would be nice" goal was hit in the first month and surpassed every month after.

The brand is held anonymous in line with the client's request. The figures above are taken directly from the account's reporting and have not been adjusted.
