I What we believe

An Amazon account doesn't grow because of effort. It grows because of structure.

The agency industry sells effort. More account managers, more reports, more meetings. Most of it is theatre because effort doesn't compound; structure does.

An account with a sound campaign architecture, a fixed optimisation cadence, and rules that select for the right metric will grow on autopilot. An account without that foundation will plateau no matter how many people are working on it.

II Where the methodology came from

Five years of running 7-8-figure accounts. A year of building the system that runs them.

The methodology you've been reading about isn't theoretical. The bid logic, the campaign architecture, and the cadence rules came out of five years of operating 7-8-figure Amazon accounts under live margin pressure. The practice was founded in 2022 by Obbin Amihere, who spent those years running those accounts and developed the methodology directly from that work.

Macro Runner, the proprietary software that enforces the methodology, was built across the following year, encoding the rules that had already proven themselves in production. Obbin wrote the code himself.

That sequencing matters. Most agency tooling is built first and tested on clients later. Ours was tested on real accounts at scale before it was ever software. By the time we wrote the code, we knew exactly which rules worked, which ones didn't, and which judgement calls had to stay with a human.

III How we operate

Code does the discipline. Humans do the judgement.

Running the 5-Step PPC Process at depth on every account requires hundreds of repetitive operations every cycle. Researching keywords, surfacing winners, promoting winners into higher-tier campaigns, evaluating optimisation rules at the keyword level, generating bulk uploads, applying them, reconciling listings against ad campaigns. None of this is judgement work. All of it has to happen, on every account, every 72 hours, without fail.

This is what Macro Runner handles. It runs the rules. It produces the bulk files. It applies the changes. It logs every API call. It surfaces only the cases that need a human decision, and it surfaces them clearly.

The result is that we run the full methodology at depth on every account without compromising consistency to scale or scale to consistency. That balance is what lets the practice stay focused without compromising the rigour, and what lets the rigour stay deep without compromising the cadence.
